About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Fellow in Medicine to join our team at Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will work at Registrar level, managing acutely unwell patients with remote supervision as delegated by the ward consultant.

Key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership to junior clinical fellows and the wider multidisciplinary team, as well as teaching junior members of the team.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience at CT/IMT level (or equivalent) and should ideally have clinical experience at IMT3+ level (or equivalent).

They will also have some NHS experience and be eligible for GMC registration.
