The Commercial Graduate Scheme at BMS Performance offers a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates to develop their skills in sales, marketing, and business development. As a member of our team, you will be part of a structured training program that includes continuous on-the-job training and extensive professional sales training.
Salary and Benefits:
Our commercial graduate trainees can expect a competitive salary range of £27,000 - £28,500 per annum, with opportunities for profit share and bonus schemes. You will also receive 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, auto-enrolment into the company's contributory pension scheme after three months, and access to personal development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role as a commercial graduate trainee will involve working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies. You will learn all about the company's products, market trends, and industry insights while benefiting from continuous 'on the job' training. No two days are the same here; you can look forward to breakfasts with customers, external events, supplier trade days, and much more.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. A full, clean UK driving license is essential, and you should be comfortable working up to two Saturday mornings a month. This role may require you to travel regularly, so a valid passport is beneficial. Most importantly, you should have a passion for sales, marketing, and business development, and be eager to learn and grow within the company.
