Job Title: Associate/Associate Director Civil Engineer

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate/Associate Director Civil Engineer to join their Water Engineering team in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UK Regulated Water Sector and excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and shaping the Water team, delivering Framework outputs, and managing project resources. They will also assist in achieving business plan targets through sustainable development of new and existing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers in the Water sector
  • Deliver high-quality projects and meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in achieving business plan targets and growth
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and significant experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and teams
  • Chartered member of a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, CIWEM, IHT)
