We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Civil Engineer to join our Water Engineering team in Leicester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our Water team, working on a wide variety of water and waste water design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Framework outputs and specific projects
  • Coordinate project resources and produce fee proposals
  • Manage complex clients and large teams of staff
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree and significant experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector
  • Ability to generate a team environment and ensure collaboration
  • Experience of successfully managing complex clients and large teams
Desirable:
  • Chartered member of a relevant professional body
  • Excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
