Job Title: SEN Support Assistant
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Assistant to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs in a primary and secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with classwork, homework, and other educational activities.
- Support students in developing social skills and managing behavior in a positive and constructive manner.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to adapt and differentiate lesson plans and classroom activities to meet the needs of students.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources.

- Supervise and ensure the safety of students during classroom activities, breaks, and excursions.
