Job Title: Special Education Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Special Education Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour management strategies and provide targeted support to students with behavioural challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in working with children, experience working with children and/or in the care sector, be open to training and development, and have a proactive work ethic. A good understanding of special educational needs, the ability to provide a range of support to pupils, a patient and understanding attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are also essential requirements for this role.
