Riverside Recruitment is seeking a People Operations Manager to join their team in Carlisle. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will report to the Supply Chain Manager and be responsible for ensuring customer demand, labour, and training are balanced in the short, medium, and long term. Key responsibilities include managing overtime spend, providing daily and weekly labour reconciliation, developing a Labour Management system, and supporting training plans to mitigate skills issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a FMCG company or a Recruitment Agency with expertise in recruiting within the manufacturing sector. Business/Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers and factors impacting related KPIs are essential. A strong background in food manufacturing and experience in developing labour planning models are also desired.
