Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, which is above the national average for similar roles. This ensures that you can maintain a good standard of living while working with us. Additionally, we provide flexible working arrangements, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

About the Role
This Integrated Support Worker position is a full-time opportunity that requires day, night, and weekend shifts. You will work closely with our Clinical and Therapeutic teams to deliver high-quality care and support services to clients admitted to our centre. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one support, structured low-level psychoeducational sessions, and assistance to the treatment team in delivering all required sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to clients, focusing on their physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
  • Deliver structured low-level psychoeducational sessions within a group environment, promoting behaviour change and health promotion.
  • Assist the treatment team in monitoring client progress, accurately reporting any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant protocols and policies.

Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably within addiction or substance misuse services.
  • Knowledge of the 12-step process of recovery from addiction and the impact of addiction on individuals.
  • Excellent observational and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and professionals.
  • Good IT skills and the ability to work independently using own initiative.
  • Able to hold strong professional boundaries, conflict resolution, and work with challenging behaviour.
