About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join their Risk team, focusing on Liquidity Risk. This role will report directly to the Head of Risk and offers a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Risk in managing and mitigating the bank's risks, including liquidity risk, ALM, and enterprise risk.
  • Support in ILAAP, ICAAP, and other regulatory responsibilities, such as Pillar 3 and Basel.
  • Produce Management Information for committee meetings and other risk-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity risk, ALM, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in financial reporting and risk committee processes.
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management and recovery planning is advantageous.
