Seeking a Talented Receptionist for a Modern Chinese Restaurant in London

About the Role

We are a leading hospitality company, Tao Group, seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Hakkasan Hanway Place in London. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as processing payments and handling customer complaints.
  • Work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in a luxury venue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Impeccable appearance and a good command of English.
  • Availability to work full-time and be flexible, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
