Pastry Chef Opportunity at Hakkasan Hanway

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pastry Chef to join our team at Hakkasan Hanway in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastry dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Collaborate with the pastry team to create innovative and visually appealing desserts.
  • Ensure a high level of food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, including taste testing and quality control.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury venue.
  • Passion for pastry and exceptional service standards with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
  • Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
