Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head and Sous Chef to ensure a successful working environment
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of presentation and quality
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a contract catering or 5-star hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of baking and pastry-making techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, or relevant field
