We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Brookfield Asset Management, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our real estate portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with portfolio companies to ensure successful delivery of financial reporting and planning processes.
  • Manage relationships with portfolio company finance teams to align with Brookfield processes and requirements.
  • Assist with the creation and ongoing assessment of portfolio valuations, ensuring consistency with other Brookfield investments and industry standards.
  • Understand commercial business drivers for results and valuations through interaction with finance teams and portfolio managers.
  • Key individual in the annual business planning process, ensuring robust understanding and challenge of assumptions, providing advice on required accounting adjustments.
  • Manage funding needs for our Portfolio Companies while complying with Brookfield's established processes.
Requirements:
  • Achieved 2.1 in any degree discipline.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent with 4+ years PQE.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficient in PowerPoint.
