Job Title: Finance Executive

Company: Sewell Wallis Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to support our Head of Finance and Resources in the day-to-day financial management of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process all income accurately into the fundraising CRM and accounts package.
  2. Reconcile income between the bank and the fundraising CRM.
  3. Prepare and send invoices as required, and respond to invoice queries.
  4. Chase outstanding debtors and ensure timely payments.
  5. Authorise, code, and process purchase invoices into the accounts package.
  6. Prepare payment runs for approval and upload them to the banking system.
  7. Reconcile creditor accounts with payments matched against invoices.
  8. Support the Head of Finance in producing month-end and year-end accounts, and audit.
  9. Contribute to the production of annual budgets.
  10. Manage monthly accruals and prepayments.
  11. Review budget lines monthly, identifying variances, in preparation for meetings with budget holders.

Requirements:

  • Part or fully qualified AAT.
