Job Title: Finance Executive
Company: Sewell Wallis Ltd
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to support our Head of Finance and Resources in the day-to-day financial management of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all income accurately into the fundraising CRM and accounts package.
- Reconcile income between the bank and the fundraising CRM.
- Prepare and send invoices as required, and respond to invoice queries.
- Chase outstanding debtors and ensure timely payments.
- Authorise, code, and process purchase invoices into the accounts package.
- Prepare payment runs for approval and upload them to the banking system.
- Reconcile creditor accounts with payments matched against invoices.
- Support the Head of Finance in producing month-end and year-end accounts, and audit.
- Contribute to the production of annual budgets.
- Manage monthly accruals and prepayments.
- Review budget lines monthly, identifying variances, in preparation for meetings with budget holders.
Requirements:
- Part or fully qualified AAT.
