Child Healthcare Support Worker

The role of a Child Healthcare Support Worker is to provide care and support to a young girl in her home, working without direct supervision to deliver high-quality services tailored to her individual needs. This involves delivering personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to her care and support plan.

The successful candidate will be a valued member of our team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the young girl's physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team in Nelson. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with the service user and their family to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care and support to the service user in accordance with their care plan and individual needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the service user and their family to ensure seamless care delivery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the service user's care plan
