Home Care Assistant

We're seeking Care Assistants to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication and carrying out practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
