Compensation and Perks
The salary for this position is competitive, with rates starting at £12 per hour for weekdays and £12.50 per hour for weekends. Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. This will involve following individual care plans, assisting with personal care, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with our clients.
