About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching and care to our children, helping them reach their full potential and discover a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging and inspiring activities and games for children to learn through play, in conjunction with our Storal curriculum.
  • Build relationships with parents and carers, providing welcoming and informative support.
  • Work in partnership with the existing educator team to create a stimulating and safe environment for children.
  • Ensure all children have rich and stimulating experiences, meeting their individual needs and developmental milestones.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years.
  • Proven experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
  • Reflect the Storal values around responsibility, openness, and working together.
