Job Opportunity: Early Years Educator
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School by Storal. As a key member of our educator team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that promote their development.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.
About You:
- Hold a Level 3 or above qualification within early years, with a minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary, ranging from £24,440 to £28,454.40 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus a £1000 Welcome Bonus (pro-rata for part-time hours).
