About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality teaching and care to our children, helping them reach their full potential and develop a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inspiring activities and games for children to learn through play, in conjunction with our curriculum.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers, and complete observations to detail child development and achievements.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, and provide a rich and stimulating environment that promotes their growth and development.
  • Work collaboratively with the existing educator team to create a positive and inspiring working environment.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
  • Proven experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Ability to reflect the values of Storal, including responsibility, openness, and collaboration.
