About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School, a unique and inspiring environment for children to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality teaching and care to children, promoting a love of learning and ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the existing educator team to create a stimulating and inspiring environment.
- Support the successful running of the nursery, covering periods of holiday, sickness, and vacancy gaps.
- Contribute to the development of children's skills and knowledge, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in early years education, or equivalent experience and skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, with the ability to apply this in practice.
- Experience working with children under the age of 5, with a passion for delivering high-quality education and care.
