About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Nursery Room Leader to lead our team of Early Years Educators in delivering high-quality care and education to our children. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring your team to create a love of learning through effective teaching and learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care and supervise team members, identifying areas of change and implementing learning and teaching objectives to ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences.
  • Embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met.
  • Ensure all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting team appraisals.
  • Work in partnership with other Room Leads and management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

About You:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in early years.
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
  • Demonstrable leadership experience (within Early Years).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
  • Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness, and working together.
