About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School. As a key member of our educator team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in our children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that meet their individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 or above qualification in early years, and a minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5. You should have a good understanding of the EYFS and be able to reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and working together.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £24,440 to £28,454.40 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus a £1000 welcome bonus (pro-rata for part-time hours).
