About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School. As a key member of our educator team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences.
- Build strong relationships with the team to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 or above qualification in early years, and a minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5. You should have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and working together.
What We Offer:
As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary, ranging from £24,440 to £28,454.40 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications, plus a £1000 Welcome Bonus (pro-rata for part-time hours).
