Job Opportunity: Neurological Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Neurological Care Professional to join our team at Badby Park, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service.

The successful candidate will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, promoting health and independence for patients with complex needs.

You will manage a designated caseload, conducting assessments, planning interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver individualised care plans based on specialist knowledge of clinically reasoned practice and evidence-based treatment options.
  2. Supervise clinical OT staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and provide education and performance support to junior members of therapy staff, students, and therapy assistants.
Requirements:
  1. Occupational Therapy profession qualification.
  2. Significant post-qualification clinical experience with children and young people who have complex needs.
  3. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension contribution, life assurance, free meals and parking, wellbeing support and activities, career development opportunities, annual leave entitlement, and birthday off.
