Active Care Group Recruitment seeks an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to fill a unique role within our team. This position involves providing specialist rehabilitation and management of neurological conditions in the UK.

Loyd House, located in Northamptonshire, boasts a four-bedroom transitional living unit for those moving towards independent living. Christchurch View supports adults transitioning from post-acute rehabilitation to community-based transitional rehabilitation.

Kingly Terrace focuses on developing therapeutic relationships and supporting residents' recovery preferences for 12 adults with acquired brain injury or neurological conditions.

Park House provides neurological rehabilitation, support, and care for 14 residents, prioritising person-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation care plans to maximise independence and recovery.

This role requires a Speech and Language Therapist to provide assessment, intervention, and support to our residents, managing communication and swallowing disorders, devising therapy programmes, and participating in internal training and audit initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess HCPC registration, previous experience in neurorehabilitation settings, and expertise in aphasia, cognitive communication disorder, dysarthria, apraxia, and dysphagia. Specialist level dysphagia competency on the RCSLT framework is also required.
