Neurological Care Coordinator

As a Rehabilitation Specialist at Neuro Rehab Times, you will be responsible for providing support to our teams, delivering bespoke rehabilitation programs for clients with neurological conditions. This is a part-time opportunity that requires you to maintain a small independent caseload providing Occupational Therapy assessment and therapy for patients with complex rehabilitation needs.
You will also be involved in interdisciplinary team service developments, meetings, and audit as appropriate, and will work to develop a neuro technology offering for our clients. Additionally, you will provide supervision, support, and training to junior team members, Therapy Assistants, and students as required, and maintain client records and collect activity data/statistics in accordance with company policy.
This role offers a competitive salary of £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, birthday off, and access to a wide range of training and development opportunities through the Active Learning Hub.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a small independent caseload providing Occupational Therapy assessment and therapy for patients with complex rehabilitation needs.
- Providing Occupational Therapy as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Developing a neuro technology offering for our clients.
- Providing supervision, support, and training to junior team members, Therapy Assistants, and students as required.
- Maintaining client records and collecting activity data/statistics in accordance with company policy.
- Maintaining a professional development portfolio in line with HCPC registration requirements.
- Keeping abreast of evidence-based practice in Occupational Therapy through relevant reading, attending in-service training, and external courses.
