Are you a seasoned professional looking to take your Electronic Document Management expertise to new heights? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, a leading organisation in Edinburgh City Centre, as their Information Management Advisor for a maternity leave cover position.

This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in their Corporate Support team, where you'll provide expert advice on information management, system development, compliance, and staff training. Your work will be crucial to the smooth running of the business, ensuring compliance, implementing best practices, and training staff to make the most of the systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage EDMS and SharePoint platforms
  • Develop and streamline workflows using M365 Power Automate
  • Ensure systems evolve with the company's growth
  • Conduct audits and enforce best information management practices
  • Train staff and external partners on EDMS use
  • Troubleshoot, monitor progress, and solve issues
  • Shape and improve the company's Information Management Strategy
  • Apply retention and document destruction protocols

  • Expertise in electronic document management systems (SharePoint experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
