* Lead a team of Technicians/Valeters, focusing on maximising productivity and meeting deadlines to maintain delivery schedules.
* Ensure that workshop targets are met while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* Proven managerial skills with the ability to efficiently lead and manage a team of Technicians.
* Full UK Driving Licence
