About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Operations Manager to join our team at JCT600 Porsche Leeds dealership. As a Workshop Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technicians to achieve budgeted financial and operational objectives.
- Ensure effective communication between the workshop and Front of House team to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and utilisation in the workshop.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the workshop.
- Drive and maintain a team culture of high performance and excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working within a main-dealer workshop, mechanic or Aftersales environment.
- A solid understanding of the technical requirements needed to manage a team of technicians to deliver high standards of workmanship.
- A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- An NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with a logical and methodical approach.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- A valid driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
