Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

With a proven track record of success in account management and sales, you will have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our clients and be able to provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid / field-based role, with potential use of our Barnsley site as a base 2-3 days per week
