Job Title: Human Resources Operations Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team at Reed- UNLIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient, effective and customer-orientated HR operations and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, with experience in managing teams and leading projects. You will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Identify process improvements and integrate technology solutions to improve our offering
  • Lead an efficient and effective HR Service Delivery team that is knowledgeable, competent and motivated
  • Develop and empower the team to take ownership of customers and objectives by advising, coaching, and upskilling constantly striving for improvement

Requirements:

  • Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on location
  • Proven experience in HR operations management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
