**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and building occupants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide world-class front-of-house service, handling client enquiries and ensuring a timely response to all queries.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration, including managing the reception area and ensuring all communal spaces are clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Ensure all meeting and training rooms are maintained to a high standard, with all necessary equipment and facilities available for clients.
  • Conduct regular housekeeping checks to maintain a high level of cleanliness and ensure all facilities are fully stocked and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the building management team to support each business function, ensuring standards are maintained and all functions have adequate cover.
  • Liaise with maintenance providers regarding any building maintenance issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including reporting centre performance to the Business Operations & Strategy Manager.
  • Liaise with the financial controller regarding payments, invoices, and client queries.

**Requirements**

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to use other computer systems (Technology Within, Qube)
  • Relevant experience in a serviced office or office reception role is highly desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and on own initiative
