About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team at Scrutton Bland. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communication strategy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing communication plans to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify news and communication ideas relevant to our industry and target market.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Internal Communications: Manage internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with company initiatives.
  • Event Management: Organise and support events to promote brand awareness and foster client relationships.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
