Marketing and Communications Executive
We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to join our Head Office team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communication strategy across various platforms and will collaborate closely with teams throughout the organisation to develop innovative solutions that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.
Reporting directly into the General Manager, you will have the autonomy to work with little friction or barriers; however, with that comes the necessity to work proactively and to a very high-standard of quality supporting ECS’ mission of Setting the Standard.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
- Create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including website, and social media.
- Conduct research to identify news and communication ideas relevant to our industry and target market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Manage internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within professional services or automotive industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a very keen eye for detail.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quick thinker, who can collaborate with other high performers within the organisation.
- Content creation / design – photography, video filming and editing. Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, etc. experience is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of digital platforms & disciplines – email marketing, managing website updates, HTML, Google Analytics, etc.

Salary and Benefits
- £28,500 p.a. D.O.E
- Nine-day working fortnight (every other Friday off).
- 20 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays - increasing by one day every year (after two years employment) up to 25 days total.

Schedule
- 08:00 – 17:15, Monday to Friday (with every other Friday off)
