Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing communication plans to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify news and communication ideas relevant to our industry and target market.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Internal Communications: Manage internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with company initiatives.
- Event Management: Organise and support events to promote brand awareness and foster client relationships.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Competitive Salary: Starting salary of £26,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience.
