Delivery Office Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Office Support Manager to join our Agile Management Office (AMO) squad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and governance of new initiative and backlog requests to and from technology partners/suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the Agile Delivery/Project Management chapter to provide crucial visibility to the business regarding roadmap deliveries, risks, and change impacts.
- Support the Chapter on their continuous improvement journey, whether through enhancements to structure, processes, deliverables, tooling, or people.
- Identify and clarify requirements for new project requests, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of change.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including technology partners and suppliers.
- Plan and road-map presentations to ensure clear communication of project goals and objectives.
- Two years+ project analysis, prioritisation and co-ordination experience is essential.
- Experience within stakeholder management and working cross-functionally to understand the needs and considerations of various teams is key to being successful in this role.
- Comfortable clarifying requirements for new project requests if they are unclear.
- Being able to demonstrate experience with coordination and delivering change in Project Management.
- Planning and road-mapping presentation skills is critical in this role.
