**About the Role:**

We are seeking an accomplished HR Director - Talent and Culture to lead our HR function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will shape our people strategy and drive business results.

The successful candidate will have experience of working as a HR Senior Business Partner in a complex matrix environment, ideally within financial services or professional services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, as well as leading and managing a team of HR Business Partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Leading and managing a team of HR Business Partners.
  • Providing expert advice on HR matters, including talent management, succession and development, and leadership.
  • Supporting business functions through periods of change and organisational design.
  • Championing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda, weaving initiatives through all people strategy activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of working as a HR Senior Business Partner in a complex matrix environment, ideally within financial services or professional services.
  • Broad experience in all aspects of HR Business Partnering, including talent acquisition, succession planning, restructuring, employee relations and case management.
  • Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives and change in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions.
  • High level influencing and communication skills.

**Estimated Salary:** £75,000 - £100,000 per annum.
