Transportation Services Controller

We are seeking a Transportation Services Controller to join our team at CitySprint in Southampton on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the control and operations of their Service Centre, ensuring a high level of customer service from booking to completion.

The ideal candidate will have existing experience in an Operations Controller or similar role, ideally within a transport, logistics or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work to couriers in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Take bookings accurately and advise clients of our services.
  • Monitor jobs through to POD and completion with priority on platinum customers.
  • Implement and maintain Service Level Agreements.
  • Keep clients and fellow employees informed of any delays or issues.
  • Ensure fleet size is sufficient to service clients during peak periods.

Salary: £26,769 per annum.
