We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to join our team, delivering care that pets would choose. The successful candidate will be responsible for breaking down barriers between clients, pets, and veterinarians, promoting a culture of fairness and improving relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced veterinarian looking to take the next step in their career or an established leader seeking to maintain their clinical skills while contributing to the growth and prosperity of our practice.

The role involves working alongside two full-time vets, RVNs, and a reception team, with typical working hours from 8:45 am to 7 pm, including Saturday mornings on a rota.

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme (up to 20%)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
