Full-Time Permanent Position Are you a clinical professional passionate about delivering therapeutic excellence in health and social care? Join us as our ABI Clinical Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality, person-centred care across our ABI portfolio.
As the Clinical Lead, you'll drive clinical quality, support operational teams, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes for the people we support. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure care delivery aligns with NICE guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices.
Quality & Compliance: Monitor service performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Innovation: Develop and deliver training, policies, and therapeutic programmes to advance care quality.
A recognised healthcare qualification (e.g. Psychologist in Neuropsychology, Nursing) and registration with a relevant professional body.
Experience in clinical leadership within ABI or complex care settings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
A proactive and ethical approach to leadership, committed to continuous professional development.
