About the Role:

The Facilities and Operations Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for employees and visitors in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Net 2 access pass system, providing and monitoring access to the office in line with our ISO security requirements.


Key responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring the health and safety of all employees and visitors on site, providing general office management support, including housekeeping and facilities management, and performing housekeeping duties along with overseeing any low risk/maintenance repairs.


We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity, along with a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
