NQA Regional Assessor Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Assessor to join our team in the South West of the UK. As a Regional Assessor, you will be responsible for undertaking visits to NQA clients in accordance with work schedules, ensuring compliance with recognized accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess client management systems and ensure compliance with accreditation standards
  • To perform management systems assessments and surveillance visits in a timely manner
  • To provide professional advice to Customer Operations Staff
  • To ensure stage 1 and 2 assessments, surveillance activities, and recertification visits comply with the Management Systems Manual

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in accordance with NQA requirements
  • Technical, administrative, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work within specific criteria and guidance given in company documentation
