NQA UK Regional Assessor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced assessor to join our team in the South West region of the UK. As an NQA UK Regional Assessor, you will be responsible for undertaking visits to our clients in accordance with our work schedules, ensuring that they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client management systems to ensure compliance with recognized accreditation standards
  • Perform management systems assessments and surveillance visits in a timely manner
  • Arrange and attend client visits, providing feedback and recommendations
  • Prepare and submit visit reports to the Customer Operations Department
  • Provide professional advice to Customer Operations Staff
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Management Systems Manual and the Health and Safety policy

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in accordance with NQA requirements
  • Technical, administrative, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work within specific criteria and guidance given in company documentation
