NQA UK Regional Assessor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Assessor to join our team in the South of the UK. As a Regional Assessor, you will be responsible for undertaking visits to NQA clients in accordance with work schedules, ensuring compliance with recognized accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client management systems to ensure compliance with accreditation standards
  • Perform management systems assessments and surveillance visits in a timely manner
  • Arrange and attend client visits, providing feedback and recommendations
  • Prepare and submit visit reports to the Customer Operations Department
  • Provide professional advice to Customer Operations Staff
  • Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety policy and manage risk within the business

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in accordance with NQA requirements
  • Experience in management systems, quality, health and safety, or a related field
  • Technical, administrative, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
