NQA UK Regional Assessor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UK Regional Assessor to join our team. As a Regional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting management system assessments and surveillance visits to ensure compliance with recognized accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct management system assessments and surveillance visits to ensure compliance with recognized accreditation standards
  • Arrange and attend client visits in a timely manner and provide feedback to clients
  • Prepare and submit visit reports to the Customer Operations Department, including recommendations for certificate issue and withdrawal
  • Provide professional advice to Customer Operations Staff
  • Ensure that stage 1 and 2 assessments, surveillance activities, and recertification visits comply with the Management Systems Manual
  • Comply with the Health and Safety policy and manage risk within the business

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in accordance with NQA requirements
  • Technical, administrative, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work within specific criteria and guidance given in company documentation
  • Flexibility to work extensive travel time and nights away within the UK and overseas
