Job Title: Waiter

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at Château de Mercuès. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they receive a 5-star experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation for and smooth running of services, understanding and fulfilling our guests' needs.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant areas.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
  • Deliver an exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar establishment.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards and the ability to follow them strictly.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with the kitchen team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the demands of the restaurant.
  • Food hygiene qualification is essential.
