FM Compliance and Management Specialist

Job Overview:
Fusion People Ltd is recruiting for a FM Compliance and Management Specialist to work across high-profile clients' contracts in West Yorkshire and nationally. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing technical services and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
About You:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, preferably with experience in managing hard FM teams. They will also possess relevant trade qualifications or an apprenticeship, HNC/ONC/C&G in a relevant mechanical/electrical/building engineering discipline, and good knowledge of general compliance in Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee technical services across multiple client sites
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to meet statutory regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics to inform business decisions
What We Offer:
