Job Description:

  • Supervise a team of front-line operatives to ensure high-quality cleaning services
  • Liaise daily with the Visitor Experience Team to coordinate activities and resolve any issues
  • Attend regular meetings with line management to discuss service delivery and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular service audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • React promptly to requests from clients and management team
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure safe working practices
  • Report any health and safety issues to management
  • Work closely with the Cleaning & Services Managers to deliver a fully compliant operation
  • Develop and implement service improvements with the Cleaning Manager
  • Deliver training to the soft services team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals with the Cleaning Manager
  • Monitor attendance and manage the scheduling of cleaning staff
  • Note and report any maintenance issues across the estate
  • Provide support to colleagues during planned and unforeseen absences

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of supervising operations in a demanding environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation
  • Good command of English language, both written and oral

Estimated Salary: £15.20 per hour
