About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Executive to join our Education Team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As a Client Executive, you will play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of clients across the Education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an allocated portfolio of clients across the Education sector, providing expert advice and guidance on risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs.
  • Identify and agree strategies for each client's risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs and objectives, working closely with clients to maximise business opportunities and broaden the product offering.
  • Lead programme design activities through to sign off, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Produce budget proposals for clients and negotiate fees, ensuring that all financial transactions are handled with the utmost professionalism.
  • Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prospect and win new clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to secure new business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably within commercial lines, although personal lines experience will also be considered.
  • Experience of working with Education-related clients is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Strong relationship building and relationship management skills are essential, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are beneficial, with the ability to analyse complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable.
